Balance & Stability with Breaking Branches Health & Fitness

Balance & Stability is a gentle yet effective movement class designed to help older adults improve core stability, balance, coordination, and joint flexibility. Through guided stretches, low-impact resistance training, and functional exercises, participants will build strength, reduce fall risk, and feel more agile in everyday life.
