Senior–level students from Bastyr offer full services every Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with Supervising Doctor Kris Somol, ND. Many patients come to Bastyr because they have tried conventional approaches to their health concerns and it hasn’t worked. Others are looking for a more holistic and natural approach to their health care. Bastyr focuses on treating the root cause of disease, helping patients of all ages address short-term and chronic conditions. Call the Reception Desk at 206-365-1536 to make an appointment.

Foot care provider Echo Aumick is at the Center to provide foot care. Echo skillfully clips nails, files callouses, and works to shape up your feet. Unfortunately, we are not accepting new clients at this time.

Please bring a hand towel, face mask, and any medication updates; masks are required in the clinic room during your appointment.

- Fred Hutch Cancer Center Mammogram Van
We are excited to host the Fred Hutch Mammogram Van again! It is incredibly convenient to come to the Center for your yearly screening.
For women 40 and older, getting a yearly screening is a vital part of your preventative health care, but if can be difficult to schedule and get to Fred Hutch for your appointment. The Mammogram Van makes it quick and easy! Appointments only take approximately 15 minutes.

Unfortunately, the van cannot accommodate participants requiring wheelchairs, walkers, or canes.

Join mental health provider Christine Vervitsiotis in exploring Meaning and Purpose Through Expressive Arts – In this 8 week series, we will explore what the right half (the creative, intuitive side) of our brains want us to know! There is no expectation that you will bring any specific talents to this group, just a willingness to be curious and non-judgemental.

Loss is an inevitable part of living and loving. It is painful, ever-changing, and too often experienced in isolation. Share Space / Grief is a confidential group where we will hold and share space with others who are going through the grieving process. Each group will focus on a particular type of loss.
July 7: Companion loss (friend, pet)
July 14: Family loss (parent, partner, child)
July 21: Aging related loss (due to health conditions, mobility issues, loss of independence)

Whether you spell it Qigong, Chi Gung, or another way, come see how focused breathing, connected to gentle movement, supports whole-body health. Experience the healing energy of Qi when supported by the calm of meditation in this ongoing group practice. Facilitated by volunteer Rich Williams, this class is available on a drop in basis.

(Sales tax inclusive) - Seated Fitness and Balance with Novella
A seated exercise class for all levels. A low-impact, instructor-led workout performed entirely or primarily while sitting in a chair. This class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. We will also work on balance. Hand and ankle weights will be provided. Join Novella for an hour of exercising and fun! Registration required.
