Lead by instructor Toshiko Aramaki, this is NOT a traditional exercise class. It is an entry-level course made up of 50% discussion on fall prevention strategies and 50% balance exercises. This 8-week course guides you in developing an exercise routine. Please commit to attending all 8 sessions. This class is free, thanks to a grant from the Shoreline Fire Department.
