Demystifying Your Medical Bills

Are you confused by your medical bills? This session will help you understand them and learn how to get errors corrected when they occur. Presenter Jim Becker recently retired from a career developing and supporting healthcare software systems, and his presentation on demystifying the medical bills which are generated by such systems has been well-received at KCLS libraries, senior centers, and senior living facilities in the Seattle area.

Windows Basics: Everyday Computer Skills

Techs Repair has partnered with us to offer this FREE class that introduces the fundamentals of using a Windows computer, including navigating the desktop, managing files and folders, adjusting settings, and learning helpful shortcuts for everyday tasks. Time will be reserved at the end for questions and discussion. Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptop (Windows laptop for this class) if you would like hands-on help, but it is not required. Call to register. Free
