We’re a community-supported nonprofit, and the community showed up. Thank you, for making our very first festival such a joy. With your help, we raised over $6,000 which will go directly to supporting programs and operations here at the Shoreline Senior Center! Chocolate Man
Our neighbors up the road, and a small local shop with three straight Best in Show wins at the Northwest Chocolate Festival. Everything is made in house with premium Guittard and Callebaut chocolate, paired with 100% fruit purees for bold, true-to-fruit flavors. Truffles, molded chocolates, and confections, each one made by hand.

Bon Chocolats
Rasha took a truffle-making class in 2013, got completely hooked, and went off to train as a professional chocolatier. Her women-owned studio turns Swiss and French chocolate into European-style bonbons with no preservatives. The butterfly in the logo represents the transformation of a cocoa bean into delicious chocolates.

Cocoa Legato
Bean-to-bar chocolate made from scratch on Greenwood Ave, crafted from ethically sourced Colombian cacao and entirely vegan. You can watch it being made on-site through the cafe windows, from raw bean to finished bar. The Seattle Times named them best chocolatier in the Pacific Northwest in 2025.

Brugge Chocolates
Handcrafted Belgian-style truffles, made fresh daily in Redmond since 2010 and now in the hands of chocolatiers Clinton Berreth and Brandon Kindle. Each one is made with fine Belgian chocolate using traditional European techniques, in flavors from Earl Grey to seasonal specials.

Bellflower brings a maker’s precision to bean-to-bar chocolate, which makes sense once you learn its two founders come from a history of design and engineering. Every single-origin bar is thoughtfully sourced and quietly inventive, the product of endless experimenting.

Allelon Chocolate
Small-batch chocolates from Sebastian and Dominica Falcon, a husband-and-wife team trained at the Culinary Institute of America and seasoned in some of America’s most celebrated restaurants and chocolate houses. Every piece they make is refined and soulful.

Small-batch bars, bonbons, and truffles handcrafted in Seattle. The bonbons come in a vibrant rainbow of designs, and the flavor list runs from salty caramel to dark chocolate with rosemary toffee. These chocolates are for dessert people who appreciate the details.

Linua Chocolate
Bean-to-bar chocolate and hand-crafted pralines from Liliya Shakhatova, a master chocolatier who trained at Italy’s Accademia Maestri Cioccolatieri and studied cacao at its source in India. From Almaty to Italy to Seattle, she brings international technique to every bar and bonbon – and teaches the craft to the next generation of chocolate makers.
