Seven of the Puget Sound’s most talented small-batch chocolate makers are coming together for one delicious afternoon. Taste your way through bean-to-bar chocolates, Belgian truffles, bonbons, and hand-molded confections, much of it award-winning and all of it handcrafted, then meet the local makers behind every piece. Taste something that changes your world? (I bet you will) – All the makers will also be selling their products, so you can take home a whole box.

Chocolate Man

Our neighbors up the road, and a small local shop with three straight Best in Show wins at the Northwest Chocolate Festival. Everything is made in house with premium Guittard and Callebaut chocolate, paired with 100% fruit purees for bold, true-to-fruit flavors. Truffles, molded chocolates, and confections, each one made by hand.

Bon Chocolats

Rasha took a truffle-making class in 2013, got completely hooked, and went off to train as a professional chocolatier. Her women-owned studio turns Swiss and French chocolate into European-style bonbons with no preservatives. The butterfly in the logo represents the transformation of a cocoa bean into delicious chocolates.

Cocoa Legato

Bean-to-bar chocolate made from scratch on Greenwood Ave, crafted from ethically sourced Colombian cacao and entirely vegan. You can watch it being made on-site through the cafe windows, from raw bean to finished bar. The Seattle Times named them best chocolatier in the Pacific Northwest in 2025.

Handcrafted Belgian-style truffles, made fresh daily in Redmond since 2010 and now in the hands of chocolatiers Clinton Berreth and Brandon Kindle. Each one is made with fine Belgian chocolate using traditional European techniques, in flavors from Earl Grey to seasonal specials.

Getting there, getting in

Parking & transit

Free parking in our lot, with overflow parking throughout the Shoreline Center property. We’re also a seven-minute walk from the Shoreline North light rail station.

Accessibility

The venue is step-free throughout. Seating will be limited, but if you request reasonable accommodations ahead of the event, we’ll take care of it.

Allergens

Samples commonly contain milk, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and wheat, and are made in kitchens that handle all of the above. Every maker can tell you exactly what’s in their chocolate – just ask at the table.
